In the realm of Final Fantasy their live a curious bunch of characters known as Moogles. Moogles look like small "Twink" sprites. There were 7 Color Kids in Rainbow Land, and the most lady-like of them was LaLa Orange, leader of the Orange Sprites and Orange Star Sprinkles. For a friend's Halloween Wedding, JB Silvan decided to dress as this, one of her favorite characters. She has allowed us to feature her and her costumes. It seems every little girl at sometime in her life wants to be Rainbow Brite, and some are not able to achieve this goal until adulthood. Here Cosplayer Kat Ingersoll built upon a Lolita style pattern, and has achieved the classic look in adult form without losing her colorful innocence.

One of the things that Rainbow Brite taught us was to be creative, active, and colorful. So it seems poetic that so many fans are doing just that today. Cosplayer ParnsAngel did this a few years ago, giving a new life to the Rainbow Brite Costume Design, but dressing as her as a “Sweet Lolita”. One of the only adult characters in the Rainbow Brite program was the "Dark Princess". She was the main villain in "Rainbow Brite and Star Stealer" and the episode "Queen of the Sprites". A clever cosplayer, Darcy took on the role of the Princess at two cosplay events. She has since made and played 144 other different characters from various Animes, games, and other programs including but not limited to Starfire from Teen Titans, Daisy Sunshine from Mario Party 4, and Lady Gaga.
